Fulfillment Policy

Overview  

At Anvil Tax Inc., we strive to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for our clients.
We are pleased to offer Stripe as a payment gateway, allowing you to pay for our services using your credit or debit card.

How to Make a Payment  

  1. Proposal and Invoice Receipt: You will receive a proposal with an invoice via TaxDome from Anvil Tax Inc.

  2. Engagement Link and Signature: Click on the proposed engagement link for review and signature, which is both emailed and sent through your TaxDome Account.

  3. Enter Payment Details: Enter your credit or debit card information as prompted. This will automatically redirect you to the secure Stripe payment page.

  4. Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your payment will be securely processed through Stripe, and your personal information will remain protected.

Security and Privacy  

Your payment security is our top priority. Stripe is a trusted and secure payment gateway that uses advanced encryption and fraud prevention tools to protect your information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payment information is securely processed through Stripe.

Delivery Policy as a Service  

Our services are delivered electronically through the TaxDome platform.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased services as outlined in the proposal.
The delivery of services will be executed according to the agreed timelines specified in the engagement agreement.  

Service Cancellation:

You may cancel your Engagement Subscription at any time. If you terminate, the client is liable & agrees to a cancellation fee of 70% total monthly fees or $960 whichever is lower. We do not provide refunds for any partial-month membership periods.

Refund Policy

In the event of no contact with you for a period of 3 months or longer, we reserve the right to issue a disengagement letter, which would signify the termination of our engagement.
Please note that all payments made are nonrefundable, and there will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods or completed work.

  • If you encounter any issues with your payment, please contact our support team at team@anvil.tax or 971 368-2646. for assistance.

  • In case of any disputes, we will work with Stripe to resolve the issue promptly.
